PREGO GETS COOKING AGAIN

Chef Alessandro Molini unveils the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine with a fun interactive cooking class.

Nusa Dua, Bali, March 2017… Prego at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is delighted to announce the relaunch of its cooking class program. This activity will be commenced on Saturday, 18 March 2017 and will be held twice a month during weekends led exclusively by Italian Chef Alessandro Molini, also known as Chef Alex. During each session, he will be sharing his culinary secrets about the preparation of authentic Italian cuisine with audiences of enthusiastic participants.

This interactive classes will provide an opportunity for guests to learn new skills under the expert guidance of a seasoned professional. Chef Alex grew up surrounded by good food cooked with love in his hometown of Montecrestese, Italy. He has a particular passion for baking and is keen to motivate aspiring home cooks. With aprons and hats on, participants will gain a whole new appreciation for a number of classic dishes. Classes held in March will focus on fettuccini. Chef Alex will also be explaining how the Italian tradition of gathering around the table and sharing dishes brings family members together. The experience is priced at just IDR 360,000++ per person including a certificate and Chef Alex recipe card.
